FAQS

1. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, however we accept exchanges of unworn and undamaged jewelry within 7 days of the marked delivery date, limit of one exchange per item. If your jewelry arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on purchases made outside of hannahjewett.com, and all sale items are final sale. 

2. What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped from New York via UPS within 1-3 business days of purchase. Hannah Jewett is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipment packages. Please refer to shipping carrier’s confirmation email for these inquiries. Hannah Jewett is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by customer. Shipping address must match billing address or a credit card’s registered address. Please contact your credit card company for these arrangements. Hannah Jewett is not responsible for any shipping delays by carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. What is guaranteed with my purchase?
We guarantee your jewelry for up to 3 months if purchased from hannahjewett.com. If your piece is damaged within 3 months of purchase, we will replace or repair your jewelry, provided you return the original piece to our studio. 

4. Do you offer jewelry repairs outside warranty?
If your jewelry is damaged outside our 3 month window, or is purchased from a separate retailer, we offer repairs on most items. For a full overview please visit our repair form.

5. Do you accept custom projects?
Yes, if you are interested in commissioning a custom piece please email studio@hannahjewett.com. For more information please review our custom order form.

6. How do I take care of my jewelry?
To avoid tarnish, store pieces in a dust-free bag and polish regularly. Anti-tarnish polishing cloths are included in every purchase. Please keep all jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and excessive sunlight, heat, and moisture. Store jewelry individually from one another to prevent scratching or tangling. Please avoid showering in gold-plated pieces.

7. Where is Hannah Jewett jewelry made?
All pieces are handcrafted in Italy.

8. Do you accept stylist's requests?
Our pieces are available for loan or rental depending on the project and sample availability. Please submit your stylist’s requests to studio@hannahjewett.com.

9. Is the jewelry nickel-free?
All pieces are 100% nickel-free.
